the Corps camped on the night of June 2, 1805.

Opposite you across the Missouri River, in the opening view, is the "height of land" to which the captains climbed on the morning after their arrival here. Turning to your right, you see the mouth of the Marias River, which is flowing toward you from the west.

When the cursor changes to a pointing finger, you have arrived at a hot spot. Clicking on a hot spot will link you to a new page containing information about that place in the panorama. On the menu bar beneath the panorama is an arrow with a question-mark above it. Clicking on that icon will highlight the hot spots.
